SOFTWARE ENGINEERs
GIS - Visualization - Integration - Software Evaluation
Intelligence Software
US Citizenship is required
TS-SCI Clearance Required
ArtisTech, Inc. is seeking a range of candidates to join our R&D team. This
position will require working closely with our customer to evaluate,
integrate, and harden advanced intel applications in an high-end
environment. This is a rapid paced environment which requires fast
learners, and self starters. .
Successful candidate will design and implement solutions that apply cutting
edge systems military
intelligence solutions.
These technologies include GIS, Visualization, reasoning, search, and
advanced
human interface devices.
Responsibilities may include assisting with experiments and evaluations, demonstrating
research to Army stakeholders, integrating applications and components into
an enterprise architecture. Strong Java, JBOSS, and enterprise
development skills are needed, or will be rapidly developed by the
candidate.
B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. preferred.
3-15 years experience.
Extensive experience with programming in complex, object-oriented computer
languages like: C#, Java, or C++ preferred.
Experience with algorithms, AI, GIS or graphics preferred.
Experience with SOA’s, COM, or distributed systems a plus.
Proven written and verbal communication.
Self-starter, innovative, creative, and flexible.
Must have an active, current TS-SCI security clearance. Work will be on Fort
Belvior, and/or at Fort Meade


SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Research
US Citizenship is required
ArtisTech, Inc. is seeking a candidate to join our research team. This
position will require working closely with our lead developer on expanding
support for an Army research project.
Successful candidate will design and implement solutions that apply cutting
edge intelligent systems and cognitive science research to military
solutions for experiments with the Army Research Laboratory.
These technologies include machine reasoning, cognitive models, simulations,
advanced visualizations, intelligent planning systems, and next generation
human interface devices.
Responsibilities may also include assisting with experiments, demonstrating
research to Army stakeholders, and authoring technical papers. Candidate
will also investigate applications for intelligent systems and sensor fusion
in the field of autonomous surveillance and tracking.
B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. preferred.
3-5 years experience.
Extensive experience with C#, Java, or C++ preferred.
Extensive experience with algorithms, AI, or graphics preferred.
Experience with SOA’s, COM, or distributed systems a plus.
Proven written and verbal communication.
Self-starter, innovative, creative, and flexible.
Must be able obtain a security clearance. Current DoD Clearance is a plus.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Multi-Lingual Computing
US Citizenship is required
ArtisTech, Inc. is searching for strong Software Engineers to join a
multi-disciplinary team of experts developing emerging technology to advance
multi-lingual computing, to work in our MD and VA locations.
This is a fast-paced research and development program where the successful
candidate will need to learn new application and development domain
technologies independently on-the-job.
Development languages include:
.NET, Java, and scripting for implementing cross-platform, distributed
applications and web-services.
M.S. in Computer Science (or related field)
3-5 years experience
Networking experience is helpful
Experience with Linux and Solaris a plus.
Multi-Lingual is a plus
Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the
desire to work closely with the customer.
Must be able obtain a security clearance.
